Everyone hates to have to turn their phone off when they are in the middle of playing a game or watching a video. The Federal Aviation Administration will be allowing the use of electronic devices on airplanes during flight very soon.  The New York Times reports that FAA administrator Michael P. Huerta states that MP3s, tablets, smart phones, and more when put into ‘airplane mode’ can be able to be used during takeoff and landing. Individual Operaters  will be able to set their own guidelines however this is pretty cool step in our technically advanced culture. Expect these new rules to go into effect before the end of the year. Take a look at more information on the changes here.
