Contessa Gallery Announces Groundbreaking Jay – Z / Picasso Project by Artist David Datuna for Art Miami
The highlight of Contessa Gallery’s Art Miami booth will be David Datuna’s piece titled Jay Z/Picasso: Opposition of Imaginations. The piece is done solely by artist David Datuna and features Mr. Carter in a mixed media wall sculpture that expresses the evolution of art with a distinct comparison between Jay Z and Picasso. The wall sculptures are constructed of hundreds of eyeglasses, inviting viewers to look through the lenses and come up with their own interpretation of the piece.
