Kendrick Lamar “Next King of Rap” according to GQ
GQ Magazine has hailed the Compton artist Kendrick Lamar the “Next King of Rap” on the cover of their Man of the Year issue. Within the pages Kendrick addresses the status of his friendship with Drake, which has been on the rocks since Drake like he so often does, made his feelings clear about K. Dot’s bars a few interviews. “Pretty cool,” says Kendrick when asked if he and Drake are cool now, before adding, “I mean, I would be okay if we weren’t … If anything.
