Situated in Porto Feliz, Sao Paulo, the Lee House is radically horizontal, organized in a single volume ground-floor site. Naturally, then, it has a strong relationship with the external grounds, opening out into the garden and utilizing a cross-ventilation through its open sides. Architecture firm Studio MK27 designed a large front veranda which acts as a corridor and connects the living room and kitchen. At the end of corridor is the bedroom and a spa, composed of a sauna and gym room, all of which is accessible separately. The house is simply in clad in wood and white mortar which gives it a minimalist atmosphere that extends from the interior to the exterior of the house.
