One of my favorite rappers ever is back. I was so nervous to press play because I really didn’t want to be let down. Every ad-lib before the verse hit made me more and more nervous, to the point that every ad-lib started to tick me off. That hook felt forever. I listened to it three times before judging it and honestly I’m still moving the taste around my mouth. Theres nothing wrong with the track. LL’s aggression? There! Content? There! So glad he didn’t come with no “Headsprung”-like track because that would have made me cry. Its a gritty, street track. Mavado also did his thing, so all in all I give it two thumbs up. Even though I’m close to finishing the whole plate I am still moving it around in my mouth waiting to be blown away. I don’t know, I am just giving how I feel about it. A few more plays and a nap I am sure I will be loving it. He is LL COOL J though. Of course I am going to be expecting to hear Gabriel’s trumpet. I will say that I am excited for his album “GOAT 2″.
