New Logo for Yahoo
Today Yahoo unveiled a brand new logo — the first change to the company’s logo in 18 years. The logo, which remains purple and all caps, is now sleeker and more modern than the outgoing logo and does away with straight lines. Pictured below the main logo is an alternate which uses a white font set against a purple backdrop. Mathematical consistency played a big part in determining the exact proportions of the logo and you can see just how in the below video released by Yahoo.
