NYPD Anti-Art Ridiculousness, Dolly Parton Raps, Reheated Real Housewives Of Atlanta Beef, and Blue Ivy Preciousness. Just some of the things you missed last week.

We gotta start with this one, because we’re still trying to come to grips with the fact that it really happened. Dolly Parton made her rap debut on the Queen Latifah Show last week. And jumped right into the rap game with a diss record. (More at Fuse.tv)

The Bey-Hive (Beyonce’s superfans) lives for all things Beyonce, and nothing else gives their life meaning more than new pictures of Blue Ivy. Well maybe one thing. So last week, when Beyonce gave the world new pictures of herself and her progeny, not once, but twice last week… but no music, the Hive reportedly swarmed. It seems way overdue, but someone has finally suggested that Biggie’s Brooklyn block, the corner of St. James and Fulton Street, be named after him. If you’ve been under a rock, you may have missed that street artist Banksy has been on a city-wide, outdoor residency all over New York City. Early last week, both the NY Post and the Daily News said that this “vicious vandal” was wanted for questioning by the NYPD… then the Daily News actually spoke to the NYPD. (More at DailyNews.com)

In other waste-of-tax-payer’s-money news, Kim Zolciak and Kandi Burruss are still beefing about Kim’s made-for-reality-TV “hit” “Don’t Be Tardy For The Party.” Last week, Kim got her victory in court… or did she? (More at USWeekly.com)
